No household sales.  In order to keep our low margins we must limit our sales to commercial customers. 

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or on account.

On account payment is due according to terms listed on the invoice.  Finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be assigned to past due accounts.

No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization.  Items must be new, unused and in the original package.  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.  Items will be inspected before credit is issued.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus freight.

Not all items are in stock, some items need to be special ordered and are subject to availability.  All special orders for non-stock merchandise cannot be cancelled or returned.

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices do not include freight charges.  Delivery, assembly, and installation are available at additional cost.  If there is a price increase on your order you will be notified before you order is processed.
