Corporate Cafeteria
This is a cafeteria for a 120,000 square foot office building. United worked with the client from early on to design the servery and seating areas to feed the building's expected population.
The servery has a:
- deli station
- exhibition cooking station
- hot entree station
- an island soup & salad bar
- refrigerated grab & go
United designed and supplied walk-in coolers, the kitchen ventilation system, and the rest of the equipment for food storage, prep, serving and cleanup.
