Corporate Cafeteria in Littleton, MA

This is a cafeteria for a 100,000 square foot office building. United worked with the client from early on to re-design the servery to update the aging counters and appliances in the servery.

The servery has a:

• deli station
• exhibition cooking station
• hot entree station
• soup & salad bar

The project also included a new exhaust system for the cooking equipment in the kitchen to address previous cooking odors in the servery and dining rooms.
